Orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class who aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. Orders received by 1pm are usually dispatched on that day or next working day.
Orders over 2kg are sent via Parcel Force 48 Hour Service who aim to delivery within 2 working days. Orders received by 1pm are usually dispatched on that day or next working day.
Please note that orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

We take every care to ensure all parcels are carefully protected and wrapped. All products are sold on a non-refundable basis unless damaged or defective. If you have received damaged or defective products, please contact us at : email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note that we are not able to refund any postage charges & any other payment charges and we will charge for sending any exchange items by post.

when returning a parcel, please follow the following procedures:
– Pack the item(s) well to ensure it arrives in its original state, and use the original packaging where possible.
– Use a recorded delivery service and keep the receipt in case of any loss or damage in transit. Parcels are returned
at your own cost.
– Enclose a letter or dispatch note detailing the order number, your name, your address, contact details including a
daytime telephone number, email address and reason for the return. This will make it quicker to process the return.

Please note that The Hygge Homes cannot be held responsible for items during transit and all returns will be sent at your own cost.

For an exchange or refund, if the product isn’t returned in a fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange and may deduct money off the original selling price from the refund amount.
